Caldey Corporate Finance is delighted to announce the sale of Des Thomas’ 50% share of Thomas Sinden Limited.
The team at Caldey Corporate Finance led by Adrian Dray and Janine Vitali, advised Des Thomas, one of the founders of Thomas Sinden Limited (“Thomas Sinden”), on the sale of his 50% shareholding in Thomas Sinden to Graeme Sinden, the co-founder.
Founded over thirty years ago, Thomas Sinden is a multi-disciplinary construction services provider successfully delivering construction excellence throughout London and the South East. The business has a well-earned reputation for consistently delivering high quality products and services, focusing on the needs of each individual customer. Thomas Sinden offers a personal, professional approach in a culture of working in partnership with its customers leading to high volumes of repeat business and has won numerous awards working for a broad range of customers, encompassing both public and private companies, government departments, local authorities, housing associations, schools, colleges, and charitable trusts.
Des Thomas, the co-founder and 50% shareholder of Thomas Sinden, engaged with Caldey with one prime objective – to negotiate a deal that focused on delivering a fair and appropriate share of the value created over 30 years.

I am sure that without this level of commitment from Caldey the deal would have been considerably more challenging in terms of pricing and delivery”.
